Grape plume moth (Geina periscelidactyla) larvae are light green caterpillars with prominent light-colored hairs. These earlyseason caterpillars feed inside groups of young leaves that they have webbed together. It is a minor pest.

Management:

  • Apply insecticides (especially early-season applications to control primary insect pests).
  • This pest rarely reaches damaging levels.
