Horsenettle in Strawberry Plantings
Return to Weeds
Horsenettle (Solanum carolinense) is a coarse perennial weed spread by seeds and rhizomes. Stems and leaves have scattered ¼- to ½-inch spines. White and yellow flowers produce green berries that turn yellow as they ripen.
